We have now resumed Youth Church in the Fellowship Hall where there is enough room to practice social distancing. All family members are asked to meet in the Sanctuary at 11 AM. During the 2nd congregational song, all Youth are dismissed to the Fellowship Hall for Youth Church. No Sunday School, no Sunday Evening Services and no Wednesday Night Services in the Sanctuary for a while as we gradually and safely get back to worshiping in the Sanctuary. With winter Flu and Cold Season approaching, we feel it is no time for us to let down our guard! We will continue to take all the precautions necessary to help keep everyone safe and we do not feel it is wise to open up Sunday School where everyone is confined to a small space for an hour. We have seen other churches open up Sunday School only to have a spike in Covid cases and have to close the church for a month as a result! We do not want to put our congregation in harm's way so we will continue what we are doing for the time being until we feel it is safe to open up Sunday School. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding! Please continue to pray for everyone's safety!
We will continue FACEBOOK Live on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM until further notice. The safety of our members remains a top priority as we worship together in the Sanctuary. There are several health precautions in place to provide the safest environment possible. We have no-touch temperature checks as everyone enters the building through the main entrance. Once inside, every other pew is roped off with caution tape to allow for social distancing. There is enough room in the sanctuary to allow families to sit 6 feet apart from each other. Bring a mask to wear if you would like to. Offering plates are placed at all the exit areas so no one will have to touch the offering plates. To keep everyone safe, please plan to arrive early and practice 6 ft. distancing when entering or exiting the building. We think these procedures, as well as cleaning and sanitizing after the service will allow us to worship safely. We look forward to seeing everyone!
